To apply for a refund, you must have bought one of our promotional Satisfaction Guaranteed packs.

If you have purchased one of these promotional packs, and feel dissatisfied with the results of using Perspirex, then please follow the instructions below.

Please download and complete the Customer refund application form, including your comments about the product (minimum 15 words), and return the form to us along with your receipt of purchase and the top of your promotional carton.

Terms and Conditions

1. Offer open to UK and Irish Republic residents excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, its subcontractors, subsidiaries, associated agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Only one single pack purchase will be refunded per valid application.

3. Only one application for a refund may be made per household.

4. To be valid for a refund, customers must include a fully completed online application form containing a minimum 15 word negative statement explaining why they were not satisfied with the product, the original promotional pack top (please carefully tear at fold), and also the original till receipt clearly showing the purchase of the promotional product. Once received, these items will become the sole property of the promoter.

5. No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

6. Closing date for receipt of applications by the promoter is 31/12/13, applications received after this date for any reason will not be eligible for the promotion.

7. Valid applicants will be refunded the purchase price as shown on their tiil receipt, plus the cost of second class postage, within 28 days of our receipt. Refunds will be made by a Euro or Sterling cheque sent to the name and address supplied on the original application form.

8. By entering this promotion, applicants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decision of the promoter in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
